Once upon a time lived Shayne the Sheep, in the Land of Nod And he didn’t like jumping to help people sleep, in the Land of Nod All the other sheep would get in line to “baa” and jump overhead, But when Shayne got to the front of the line, he did something else instead: Shayne the Sheep said, “moo.” Why? That’s what he wanted to do! He said, “You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!” Shayne the Sheep said, “moo.” That’s what he wanted to do! He said, “You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!” All the other sheep just looked at Shayne in the Land of Nod, And they asked him why he wasn’t into counting in the Land of Nod. “Well, everyone expects me to be a sheep, to jump and ‘baa’ overhead, But I’ve never felt like a sheep. I want to be a cow instead.” So, Shayne the Sheep said, “moo.” Why? That’s what he wanted to do! He said, “You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!” Shayne the Sheep said, “moo.” That’s what he wanted to do! He said, “You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!” Then the other sheep looked sadly at Shayne in the Land of Nod. “Does that mean you don’t like us just the way we are, plain old sheep in the Land of Nod?” And Shayne said: “I love you more than I have words for, and I am happy that you’re happy helping people fall asleep. But when I sleep, I grow dreams of my own, and those dreams are mine alone to chase and keep.” “And so, I say, “moo.” Why? That’s what I want to do! I say, ‘You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!’ And so, I say, “moo.” Why? That’s what I want to do! I say, ‘You’ve got to be yourself because everyone else taken!’” And so, the little sheep, they sat, and they thought, in the Land of Nod, And they thought about their dreams and what they wanted most, in the Land of Nod One sheep said, “I’m a pirate!” Another, “I’m a fish!” A third said, “I’m a plane.” The sheep used imagination, and it brought such a wonderful change. And the sheep said, “moo, baa, splish, splash,” and a “zoom!” They said, “You’ve got to be yourself, because everyone else is taken!” And the sheep said, “moo, baa, splish, splash,” and a “zoom!” They said, “You’ve got to be yourself, because everyone else is taken!”

Plant a Seed 02:07
With a spade and hoe dig a hole. Dig it deep, down low. Plant a seed in some healthy soil. Add rain and sun, and watch it grow. Add rain and sun, and watch it grow. Seeds will grow where they’re sown. In rain and sun, they’ll grow on their own. But we can help and give them what they need: water and light to help them grow. Water and light to help them grow. Our friendships are like flowers: they all start with a seed. When we listen and share, we show we care, and our friendships bloom, indeed! So, make some room in your heart, and plant a seed of friendship from the start. If you give friends love through life’s sun and rain, friendships will grow. Yes, they’ll grow. If you give them love, friendships will grow.

I can eat a rainbow, a rainbow, a rainbow. I can eat a rainbow: it’s healthy! Yes, I can eat a rainbow, a rainbow, a rainbow. I can eat my colours ‘cause they’re so good for me! I can eat some cherries, some cherries, some cherries. I can eat some cherries: they’re healthy! Yes, I can some cherries, some cherries, some cherries. I can eat my colours ‘cause they’re so good for me! Eating colours helps me grow up big and strong, big and strong, so big and strong. Eating colours helps me grow up big and strong. If you love colourful food, then sing along with me Oh, I can eat a rainbow, a rainbow, a rainbow. I can eat my colours ‘cause they’re so good for me! I can eat a banana, a banana, a banana. I can eat a banana, it’s healthy! I can eat some green beans, some green beans, some green beans. I can eat my colours, ‘cause they’re so good for me! I can eat some blueberries, some blueberries, some blueberries. I can eat some blueberries: they’re healthy! I can eat some grapes, some grapes, some grapes. I can eat my colours, ‘cause they’re so good for me! Eating colours helps me grow up big and strong, big and strong, so big and strong. Eating colours helps me grow up big and strong. When you cry and you won’t sleep, I can fold you in my arms ‘til you don’t make a peep. When I can’t lay you down without a fight, Then I’ll just hold you close my baby, and dance with you through the night. Oh, we can bounce, and we can slide, And I can sway with you, my baby, side to side. Oh, we can walk, and we can glide, And I can cradle you my baby, and dance with you through the night. See the moon, see the stars. While the world sleeps, the night is ours. Don’t forget, pacing the room, That these years always end too soon! My little one, my precious love, I love you more than there are stars above. On nights that we’re awake ‘til the morning light, I'll hold you close, my baby, and dance through the night.

Big Feelings 04:28
Oh, when I’m happy I can clap. When I’m happy I can clap. It’s a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m happy I can clap. I can clap. Yes, I can clap. Don’t want to hold my feelings back. I can show my feelings, no need to shout. I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. Oh, when I’m sad I might want a hug. When I’m sad I might want a hug. Sad is a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m sad I might need a hug. I might cry, and I might hug you. And when I hug it also means “I love you.” I can show my feelings, no need to shout. I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. When I’m excited I can jump. When I’m excited I can jump. It’s a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m excited I can jump. Oh, I can jump. I can jump. So, jump with me: don’t be a grump! I can show my feelings, no need to shout. I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. When I’m angry I can stomp. Oh, when I’m angry I can stomp It’s a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m angry I can stomp. Oh, I can stomp, stomp really hard, stomp inside or in the yard. I can show my feelings, no need to shout. I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. When I’m tired I take a nap. Yes, when I’m tired I take a nap. It’s is a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m tired I take a nap. I can nap, and I can yawn. I can sleep until the dawn. I can show my feelings, no need to shout. Yes, I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. And when I’m happy I can clap. Oh, when I’m happy I can clap. It’s a feeling deep inside. It’s a feeling I can’t hide. When I’m happy I can clap. I can clap. I can clap. Don’t want to hold my feelings back. Oh, I can show my feelings, no need to shout. Yes, I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out. Yes, I can show them and let them out.

The birds and geese know winter's coming soon. Yes, the birds and geese know winter's coming soon. Oh, there are less bugs to eat, and less worms for a treat, And so the birds fly south for the winter! The birds say, "Fly away, we've got to fly away. It's getting cold, we can't find food. We cannot stay: We've got to fly away, fly south and fly away. You'll see us back again some warm spring day." The butterflies know winter's coming soon, Yes, the butterflies know winter's coming soon. When the flowers start to die, the nectar's gone, it's time to fly, And monarchs make their way to Mexico And they say, "Fly away, we've got to fly away. We only live where it is warm. We cannot stay: We've got to fly away, we've got to fly away. You'll see us back again some summer's day." The turtles know the season's changing soon, Yes, the turtles know the season's changing soon. On the currents in the sea, they move around so happily, And they have their babies back where they were born. Sea turtles swim away. Sea turtles swim away. The turtles swim around the world, they swim all day! Sea turtles swim away. Sea turtles swim away. You'll see them back again another day.

Time for Bed 03:36
The sun has gone, the moon is high. The stars are twinkling in the sky. The shadows grow across your bed. It's nearly time to rest your head And to close your weary eyes, And to slowly drift to sleep. It's time for bed. So just sleep now 'til morning time comes And brings new adventures with the new sun. Nothing will harm you, you're safe in my arms So sleep, baby, sleep. There's one last hug, your book is read. Your teddy bear is on your bed. The light goes out. We say goodnight. The covers tucked around you tight, Then you dream a little dream, As you lie there fast asleep. It's time for bed. So just sleep now 'til morning time comes And brings new adventures with the new sun. Nothing will harm you, you're safe in my arms So sleep, baby, sleep. And while you rest, this wish I'll make: that neither storm nor wind shall wake you; That you will always know my love Is bigger than the sky above, And I hold you in my heart, As I slowly drift to sleep. It's time for bed. And I'll sleep now 'til morning time comes And brings new adventures with the new sun. Nothing will harm you, you're safe in my heart So sleep, gently sleep.

Let's do the Dinosaur Dance. Let's do the Dinosaur Dance. Some dinosaurs were big and tall. Other dinosaurs were pretty small. Some dinosaurs could swim, and other dinosaurs could fly, And all the dinosaurs would stomp and do the Dinosaur Dance. Some flying dinosaurs called Pterosaurs were the first animals to fly. Their bodies were light, their wings were huge so they could take off into the sky. Some they had long necks and pouches for catching fish. Do you think they'd eat their food with a knife and fork on a dish? No way! Fly dinosaurs, fly! Fly dinosaurs, fly! Some dinosaurs were big and tall. Other dinosaurs were pretty small. Some dinosaurs could swim, and other dinosaurs could fly, And all the dinosaurs would stomp and do the Dinosaur Dance. Some dinosaurs were swimmers that lived in a lake or stream. A Sarcosuchus was a super croc who could be scary and mean. The Spinosaurus could also swim. On land, swimmers used four legs. Do you think that for their breakfast they'd eat bacon and eggs? No way! Swim dinosaurs, swim! Swim dinosaurs, swim! Some dinosaurs were big and tall. Other dinosaurs were pretty small. Some dinosaurs could swim, and other dinosaurs could fly, And all the dinosaurs would stomp and do the Dinosaur Dance. When land dinosaurs were newly born they were babies that would crawl, But as they grew they used two legs: they didn't need four legs after all. The Tyrannosaurus and Allosaurus had two really short claws in front. Do you think they used a bow and arrow when they went out to hunt? No way! Stomp dinosaurs, stomp! Stomp dinosaurs, stomp! Some dinosaurs were big and tall. Other dinosaurs were pretty small. Some dinosaurs could swim, and other dinosaurs could fly, And all the dinosaurs would stomp and do the Dinosaur Dance.

Now on the continent, there is a country, a country we call Canada. Canada's on the land, and the land is on the earth, And the earth is round with air and water all around. Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Now in Canada, there is a province, a province we call Quebec. Quebec's in Canada, Canada's on the land, And the land is on the earth, And the earth is round with air and water all around. Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Now in Quebec, there is a city, a city we call Montreal. Montreal is in Quebec, Quebec is in Canada, Canada's on the land, and the land is on the earth, And the earth is round with air and water all around. Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Now in Montreal, there is a building, a building we call Alchemist Studios. The studio's in Montreal, Montreal is in Quebec, Quebec is in Canada, Canada's on the land, And the land is on the earth, And the earth is round with air and water all around. Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water! Hey, ho the earth is round with air and land and water!

Oh, I've got ants in my pants and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my pants and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh no, I can't get them out! What do I do? They refuse to come out, so I'll move them to my shoe. Ah, they've stopped wiggling. I can take a nap. Oh, I've got ants in my shoe and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my shoe and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my shoe, I'm going berserk! I can't get them out, so I'll move them to my shirt. Ah, they've stopped wiggling. I can take a nap. Oh, I've got ants in my shirt and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my shirt and I can't get 'em out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my shirt. Ants beware: If you won't come out, then I'll move you to my hair. Ah, they've stopped wiggling. I can take a nap. Oh, I've got ants in my hair. They don't want to come out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my hair. They don't want to come out and so I'll shake 'em Oh, I've got ants in my hair. Do you think there's a chance that they'd like it better if I moved them to my pants? Now wait! That would be silly! Isn't that where they started? Why don't we ask the ants what they want…. Oh Mister Ant, Mister Ant, why won't you come out when I shake you? Oh Mister Ant, Mister Ant, why won't you come out when I shake you? And Mister Ant said, "When you sat on my house I thought you wanted to play, And I like getting tickles, so I tickled all day! Thank you for playing. Now I'll leave and I'll take a nap."
